RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because of the custom and made to order nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or ordering the wrong product/configuration, except where required by applicable law.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be changed or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not already begun. After 24 hours, or once production has begun, whichever occurs first, orders cannot be changed or canceled because our products are made to order specifically for each customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered due to an error by Hawkoon Fabrication, please contact us promptly after delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when applicable. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, repair or replace the product or provide another remedy.
Customer Ordering Errors
Customers are responsible for verifying all product selections and options before completing their purchase, including firearm model, configuration, handedness, color, attachment/accessory selection, and other customization options. Hawkoon Fabrication is not responsible for products ordered with incorrect customer selected options.
Shipping Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please retain the product and packaging and contact us promptly with photographs so we can evaluate the issue and, when appropriate, assist with a carrier claim or replacement.
Made to Order Products
Our products are manufactured specifically for each order. Current production time is approximately 3 weeks before shipment. Production times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, materials, and product configuration.
