At Hawkoon Fabrication, every holster is crafted by hand in the United States. We're not a warehouse operation or a drop-shipper — we're makers. Each order is built individually, to spec, by someone who takes real pride in the finished product.

Who We Are

Hawkoon Fabrication was founded on a simple belief: gear that's trusted with your safety should be made with care, not cut corners. We specialize in custom holsters designed for real-world use. Whether that's everyday carry, duty use, or range training. Our customers are people who don't settle for off-the-shelf, and neither do we.

How They're Made

Our holsters are made from premium materials selected for durability, retention, and long-term wear. We work with high-grade Kydex, cutting, forming, and finishing each piece in-house. Every holster is fit-tested before it ships because fit isn't optional when it matters most.

We don't use automated assembly lines. The hands that build your holster know the firearm it's made for and the standards it needs to meet.

Custom Orders

Not sure if we make a holster for your specific setup? Ask us. Our custom order process is straightforward:

1. Tell us your firearm make, model, and any mounted accessories (lights, lasers, optics).
2. Choose your carry style — IWB, OWB, appendix, or duty.
3. Select your material, color, and any hardware preferences.
4. We build it to order and ship it directly to you.

Lead times vary by order volume averaging about 2 weeks, but we'll give you an honest estimate when you reach out. No surprises.
